"maybe better as a bar , not lunch! 1 was being generous for service. no ice tea , out of chicken, settled for a salad, bill was brought to table before the food. waitress never to be seen again. and neither will we......"
"Service and food were both outstanding. The food was fresh and well seasoned, restaurant was clean, staff was friendly and attentive, atmosphere was laid back. Perfect spot to grab a bite with my wife and we will definitely be back. No need at all to let it being attached to a hotel be a deterrent."
"Food here is okay, not great but decent. The burgers are tasty, not amazing but I’ve had worse. The fries were like wet noodles, not hot or crispy and they had a strange seasoning on them that wasn’t mentioned in the menu. This is a “restaurant” that is in the lobby of a hotel, very little separation from guests checking in and the bar. Personally, I’m not a fan of going to a hotel to eat or drink unless it is truly a separate entity or I am staying there."
"I am a local and decided to try this new restaurant even though it’s inside a hotel. They posted about offering 25% off during lunch since they recently launched for lunch. I gave it a try, and the service was great. Our food came out quickly, and the server actually placed the burgers down backwards. We didn’t notice until we both took a bite, so we informed them and they didn’t hesitate to remake them. They also boxed up the old burgers and sent us home with them so the food didn’t have to go to waste! The burger itself was decent. It was on the greasy side, but it was flavorful. The fries were very well seasoned. The atmosphere of the restaurant left a lot to be desired. It feels like more of a counter service restaurant. There’s not much decor or anything happening. The pricing was very reasonable especially considering this is a hotel restaurant. As far as hotel restaurants go, this place is phenomenal. I would be thrilled to come across this in a hotel when traveling. However, as a local, I feel you can get better dining experiences with at restaurants like Burger Republic or M.L. Rose for a similar cost. If you’re staying at this hotel, this is a great restaurant. If you’re just curious about the restaurant and you live here, I would go elsewhere."
"This place is currently a mixed bag of results. I'm trying not to be too harsh, since the place is hardly a month old. When we were there, there was only one person working. Literally doing everything. I don't care how talented you are, that's a lot to ask of one person. Due to this, it took forever for us to even get menus, let alone our order taken. We ordered some drinks (no strong ones as the liquor license hadn't cleared yet), an appetizer, and a couple burgers. Due to our man being overwhelmed with handling every task we never got the appetizer. But it also wasn't on the bill. So, I'll call that a wash. The presentation of the food was great. It did look like our man knew his way around the cooking and plating food. Oh, and the burgers were ordered medium rare, and they were cooked PERFECTLY. I mean, even my friend found this to be super impressive. I don't think I've had a burger cooked this well in a long time. Unfortunately, my patty had kind of an odd consistency. Like it had been previously frozen. Perhaps it was. But I'm not sure I can blame the chef for this. But damn did he do the best with what he had to work with. I'm planning on going back after they get their legs under them and hopefully I can give this place another star or two. Obviously your mileage may vary. But I wouldn't skip this place just because it's in the lobby of a hotel."
