"Delivery tracker didn't work. Food was out for delivery for over an hour. Attempted to contact restaurant twice and put on hold for >10 min each time. Asked to speak to manager but hung up after being placed on hold again. When pizza finally showed up drive handed out his realtor business cards."

"Order was over $92, including a generous tip, and never received my order. The delivery driver dropped it at another house. I was told the money would be refunded but I saw today it was still not refunded. The order was 2 days ago. Spoke with the manager but I guess that doesn't matter."

"We've ordered from here a few times and have had repeated issues with quality. Tonight, one of our pizza was delivered with the wrong crust. When I called the store to request a remake of the order with the correct crust, I was told that the pizza they sent was a better deal since that crust was an additional charge. When the pizza I actually ordered was delivered, the delivery person asked for the original pizza back as I was being audited. After exchanging the pizza, the delivery driver came back a few moments later to tell me I was incorrect, and the pizza delivered was, in fact, a pan pizza. I explained that it didn't matter as we ordered thin crust and could show her on my receipt. I don't appreciate being treated like I was in the wrong when they were the ones that made the mistake by not reading the ticket. Good luck with your audit; I will never order from this location again."

"Dog hair in pizza..the cheese bread was burnt, they added more cheese and melted it on top. The entire building is disgusting."
