"This was the most ridiculous experience i've ever had at a Kfc In my life. I have been eating kfc for 35+ years. First I was told there was no fries. I would have to wait three minutes, Next i get to the drive through window. The person working ask me what my side was then what my drink was? Do they not have that information in Front of them? Next, I was told to drive around to the front and wait for my food. There was only two cars in the drive through I was one of them. After about ten minutes I start to lock up my truck so I can go get my money back. I see an employee staring out the door like they're lost. They finally come out and went to the car that was behind me first then started walking toward me I started asking questions about my food They not only ignored me but didn't even acknowledge that I was saying anything, they rudely handed me the food I proceeded to ask again, Still nothing and walked away. Got home one and a 1/2 minutes from store. My fries were not hot. My sandwich was not edible It had the most ridiculous nastiest taste i've ever tasted it in a Chicken place. I paid almost ten dollars for a chicken Sandwhich combo That I couldn't even eat Don't bother trying to call they won't answer. Poor customer service, Terrible food And a waste of time. 25 minutes and 10 dollars wasted . I would have been happier eating the mcchicken at mcdonalds and saved money and my time And by the way, I just read reviews. This same stuff has been happening for like 5 or more years, so obviously corporate or the owner doesn't care about any of reviews or the fact that they're running off customers each and every day."

"I wished the can make a very bad star bc this place doesnt deseve even 1 star. As we pull up there are 2 people out back smoking. Went thru drive thru ordered the 2 wrap combo since it's back. We'll who ever took the order apparently didn't know what he was doing it was very unprofessional when u hear them talking about the food being nasty thru intercom. So we pull up to pay and never got told how much it was they just ran my card I asked and never got a response nor a receipt. I asked the lady how much she didn't know I pulled it up on my bank statement in drive thru and says the charged me over $18. The guy manager told us to pull around so the girl can check the person out behind us. So we pulled around to go in to figure it out and the manager did not want to give refund for the part the over charged he had an attitude and very mouthy. So we asked for a full refund and he had attitude bc of it and we did give what they gave us back. The guy that was out back smoking came back in while trying to get refund and walking around the food area with looked like a black and mild behing ear that was already lit and put out."

"Bell Road/Murfreesboro Pkwy is a very busy intersection. This location is not being smart with their time management or service. This restaurant, being in this location, could bring in double the revenue if they had the correct food ready to go at all times... especially during the busy parts of the day. As someone with management experience at America's largest fast food chain, I would have been fired for not having the most simple food and inventory on hand at all times. I have been by this restaurant 3 times this week and not one of those times did they have nuggets and fries (Simplest order) on hand. They also have notified me that they are completely out of inventory on these items as well as well as other sides and wings. Absolutely appalled. This restaurant is a joke."

"10/3/23 One Star By Default **** At a total loss for words ******* Not for sure whats going on at this KFC location but CORPORATE, you guys need to pay better attention......... You guys gotta check in on these restaurants and hold them to a standard of quality that represents The KFC brand as a whole, do you not care about this location or do we not care about ourselves..... **What is happening when a KFC allows their restaurant to run completely out of the main items that keeps its doors open. ***Then to say your truck is running late ***Who is responsible for ordering/forecasting the inventory needs. *** The only items you do have are the legs and the tenders and you still charge full price and the food clearly isnt as fresh the biscuit so dry it crumbled but you still sale and serve it to your community. **** someone should have stepped up to the plate and handled things better, *****Just like one of the prior reviewers stated I am reminded why I haven't been back to this location."

"I went here thinking I could get an online deal. It was for a closed location which made absolutely no sense. When we got home and opened up the bucket of chicken. The legs and wings were so small. Actually all of it is compared to what it normally is. I am not sure why but feed your chickens. Especially at the crazy price you are asking for it. Very disappointed."
