"Customer service was amazing, I wasn’t satisfied with the food, I got a birria burrito, and they barely gave me any meat!! The lady was extra careful on making sure I didn’t get a lot of meat, the total was $18.00 just for the burrito, I went to another chipotle in Lavergne and the same burrito was waaaaaay bigger and $15.00. How’s the price different but same company n burrito?"

"Never fails. Online orders are garbage. So disappointing, especially for the price point. My salad was missing the CHICKEN, the protein and main thing you are paying for lmao wth??? Was in the store one day and someone else was so frustrated by their online order. I now know why."

"Last two times have been poor and won’t waste another dollar here. This last time they didn’t have chicken up front so the lady went to the back and came back with a tiny serving that looked like it was left over fat pieces. Asked for shredded cheese and she gave me a tablespoon size. This place sucks. Not worth your money."
