"Kindness abounds at the The Ferrell store. 2 years ago I admired a display turntable/lazy Susan and inquired about it with the owner (Barbara Ferrell) of the shop; I am a high school Spanish teacher and I like to display items to have students take, touch, and talk about en español to get the class started. She told me that it was not for sale but took my name and number. TWO years later, that sweet gal called me to tell me that she had replaced the turntable display and if I wanted it, she would keep it in storage until I was able to come to Oak Ridge to pick it up. Alas, I was able to go to the Ferrell and true to her word, she had kept it for me in storage. I love it so much and I love the true-blue keep her word nature of Ms. Ferrell. In addition, the shop has BEAUTIFUL linens and gifts for all occasions."
