"We went through the drive-through and got an eight piece with mashed potatoes, green beans and biscuits. It’s been years since we had KFC and let me tell you it was delicious.! We pulled up and waiting on fresh chicken and it was worth the wait friendly service too!"
"The food was hot no problem there me and my friend were the only two that were dining in 90% of the tables were dirty look like a hadn't been cleaned and quite some time. We felt they had plenty of staff that could have took care of this problem also it took too much time to get our order especially after three people came in got there to go orders and left and I can see why if you just looked at the tables if you want people to eat inside this should be a priority"
"Our food was great. The service was great. But what was awful was the heat was broken. We asked how long it's been out, and they said its been off and on for months. Even during the summer, the AC would go in and out. And that's a shame. A billion dollar company doesn't keep it heated and cold for their workers."
"Had I known the type of service and poor food quality, I would have rather eaten the crumbs from my cup holder. Unless the owners have a ppp loan, there needs to be a urgently hiring sign out with balloons and flashing lights! I gave one star but if I could give a tiny little piece of a star I definitely would have. Take my advice and go get some chips from the gas station."
"Haven't had KFC in long time I use to always get their chicken littles and those $5 grab and go cups way back when KFC was good. But I decided to try it today and I was really shocked and surprised how they have really declined! I have always eaten and love chicken sandwiches as a kid and still do but I am really disappointed to see this one didn't really taste like anything. Yes it was warm, the bread was nice and soft but the pickles cold and not really any spicy sauce on the sandwich. The chicken itself didn't have a seasoning taste at all just maybe salt and pepper, I had hopes for KFC but now I know I won't be trying that again. But the service was very friendly and nice I greatly appreciate them and the hard work that they are doing"
