"I love eating at Zaxby's but the problems I have is that every time I go there literally every person that I've seen that works there looks so depressed. It's like they lost their dog or a family member. I have never seen one person smile or really show any type of emotion at all. It's just a dreadful atmosphere to the point it's depressing me to be there. Other than that the food is good and I've never really had to wait for a long period of time to get my food and get out which is how I prefer it to be if I'm eating there!"
"We order from this Zaxby's from time to time. Usually, when we order from them we get the same thing every time: wings and things. I'd say about 60-70% of the time, the order comes to us as we want it. Tonight specifically, my drink had no ice, both of our orders were sauced wrong, and we did not receive the dipping sauces we wanted (STOP GIVING US RANCH WHEN WE DON'T ORDER IT). It's not about whether or not the food is good or the food even gets to us warm, it's about the fact that this place can't consistently get the orders right."
"Majority of the service is good. However I think employees get a little happy with eath other and their convos that they neglect things. Such as your expected (paid for or comes with) sauces, straws, napkins, etc. also the chicken is always hard as a rock. Management get your staff together."
