Sam's Club Tire & Battery

"The worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. Sam’s had a “door buster” deal (in May) for $100 off tires and $80 off for free installation. It ended on May 7th so I had to order tires online to get discount. I ordered that day, swiped to pay and the order was in. I got an email a day or two later saying the tires were in. I went in Wed. but was told the earliest I could get them would be on Saturday since everything is appointment now. I return on Sat. at my scheduled time (4pm) and they had no record of the tires I ordered. After about an hour or so, they found the same tire (with someone else’s name on them) but I was told they didn’t show up so I could get them. Ok good, after a couple hours wasted, we’re back on track…nope. Constantly asking me to repeat the order number or some other information until I think we are good so I leave to go eat. At this point it’s been about 3 hours. I’m afraid they’ll close and my car will get locked up so I leave my food to return before 8 only to find my car on a rack with not much done. Of course they never bothered to call but told me the techs were new and didn’t know how to remove the tires from the rims (I promise this is true as far fetched as it sounds.) After 4 hours, they tell me they have to put my old tires back on because they can’t do it (it’s a standard Camry with stock rims, nothing special) but they’d make it right with a gift card or something and I could return the next day when a more experienced tech would be in. Of course that manager disappeared and never seen again so the gift card was like everything else, a false promise. They had the employee who had only been there a week deliver the message to me that I could bring it back the next day but “couldn’t promise it would be done quickly because they’d be busy.” I went somewhere else for tires. Needless to say, I will never consider them again for tires, the management put two inexperienced young people in a bad position to be the only ones working on cars and it was a complete lack of responsibility, lack of accountability and poor management. You get what you pay for and in their case is nothing other than wasting people’s time."

"The discounts on the tires are great! Got a new set put on and the pricing was really good. Saved a lot going to them. Got the work done in an hour while I shopped. Employees were friendly, overall great experience!"

"Fair price on new tires. Tire had slow leak. They never mentioned it needed to be repaied. They also never mentioned the car had an alignment problem. They where more concerned with telling people where to park. Need to be better. Will not bring vehicle back here for service"

"I've bought my last 3 sets of tires from Sam's and the last set was from this store. I went back for my first rotation on this set this (Monday) morning. The tires have been great as has the service! I schedule appointments for tires but just showed up this morning for the rotation. In and out in 30 minutes. Robert works the counter at the Hendersonville location. He is great and I believe you can trust him for advice. Tires prices beat any others around when they're having their sale."
