"Will not be back! They were out of 3 alcohols for drinks on their menu and wouldn’t/couldn’t substitute for another kind, they were out of one of the food menu items, so little food for so much money, shrimp tacos were so covered in onions and the sauce was so spicy you couldn’t taste anything afterwards, the chicken in the wrap had no seasoning the Cuban sandwich was very dry! I asked for no tomato but it had pieces of tomato in it - like they had put it on there & tried to pick them out. The only good thing was the margarita and the fried green tomatoes"

"Great food and service! We went for dinner and were greeted with a smile, and seated right away. The restaurant was very busy, yet our waitress took great care of us. I had the fish and chips and the portion size is perfect; quality over quantity. Plump pieces of fried cod and perfectly seasoned fries. My daughter had the chicken wrap and it was delicious and perfect portion. We also had the fried green tomatoes, very tasty. We’re visiting from out of state and wanted local eats, not chain restaurants. Barrel House was a nice treat and we will definitely try it again when visiting the Nashville area."
