"Service was fast and food was great. Only issue was severely broken soda fountain machine but that is no one’s fault and the employees were more than willing to refill drinks behind the counter."

"Brought my twins here, they had a cheeseburger and fries I really thought the portions were too big for a couple of 4 yr Olds but to my surprise they ate all of it and then the ice cream, I ordered a mushroom Swiss which is my absolute fav never a complaint about, friend got some curds. I love the drive through process they are very organized, and even in store seem very organized as well... I love going to Culver's!!!"

"We walked in to an empty store with all the employees standing behind the counter talking. I went to the restroom. It was filthy! Paper towels and toilet paper all over the dlkir and counter! After we got our food, my husband's shake was very light on the caramel, basically a vanilla shake, and two of the tables we were going to sit at were filthy!"

"Extremely good food and very fresh. Restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly. The only thing I would change is make the meat thicker. I ordered a triple on the guess the burgers were paper thin. I was correct. I wish I didn’t have to pay extra for a triple burger that was the thickness of a Wendy’s single burger. But all in all, everyone loved what they ordered."

"Culver’s sadly isn’t what it used to be! Their burgers were my favorite! When it first opened and pre Covid it was the best place for burgers and ice cream sundaes! Now, the service is very slow and the food isn’t prepared as well. As you can see in the pictures, I have went through the drive through and inside and on both occasions wasn’t glad I chose to go. This last time I got the wrong concrete mixer too. I ordered the salted caramel and got pumpkin. Mind you I like pumpkin but that’s not what I wanted. I know some of the associates are new and learning and at least they are working so I kept it and went on. The issue that concerned me when I went in was the one associate making food begging to leave after only being there a short while. Work is just that work. If you want to get paid you need to just stay and do the work. If the Owners are the original owners they were very nice people. I would think that the associates are treated well. Hopefully, it will return to the way it was at the Medical Center Pkwy location! Jobs Available!!!"
