"You can’t call them at all. My order was wrong, got a mix and match delivered and none of my sides were there ?? How do you forget the sides in a family bundle?? None of the sauces were in the bag. Just disappointed and I can’t call to get a replacement. Paid $5 extra to have it delivered, pay extra 25 cents for sauce and half my family meal missing :( . Total was $43 :/"
"Get there at 10:05 to hear “ sorry we don’t open at 10:00” I respond. “Well I was here 9 days ago at 10 is that’s something new?” I get sheer silence back. I roll by the window like the pink panther and there’s 2 lovely people just staring at me smiling. Did I get pop eyes that day. No."
"This is legitimately the worst fast food establishment of all time. They’re rude, take forever, and the food sucks. I was excited to have a Popeyes so close to my house, but I was wrong. This place is literally the worst place to eat at. Generally takes about 40 minutes through the drive through. They lock their doors at like 6pm daily. A 20 second pickup order literally takes 45 minutes bc of this. If you are lucky. I’ve had it take over an hour on a few occasions. I keep thinking that this next time will be different than the last, but it never is. I’m done with this place."
"Ordered a tender meal with a large fry. It gets here they gave me a large mashed potato instead. I worked in fast food I’ve seen it happen to often lazy workers don’t want to drop fries for a Uber eats/door dash order so they just throw somthing in there. I know it was an accident bc they gave me an extra macaroni."
"Not A Critic Just A Customer! Yumz Down. 6/27/22 Lunch hour, extended Drive thru line but no complaints it was expected, I ordered the three wing combo, much to my surprise not sure what size wings those were but they were definitely not full sized, petite more so, I called several different times but never got an answer , even today 7/1/22. I understand there may be some changes with everything that's going on but service should always be A1 that's what keeps your customers coming back."
