"Hit or miss on service. Sometimes amazing service with polite staff other times rude employees with them claiming to be open over the phone but no one will answer the drive thru and the doors are all locked. Food is prepared well though."

"drive thru is slow. was there 7:30 , left 7:05 . not even a lot of cars too. there were only like 4 . waited like 5 minutes and had to say hello so they could take my order. if it wasn’t for that, idk how long i would’ve waited lol. the dine in closes early , not the time it says."

"Decent Wendy’s. Nothing spectacular about it. The food was okay. A bit heavy on the condiments on the sandwich, but not anything we couldn’t scrape off. Got the wrong sauce- asked for sweet and sour but got ghost pepper. Not too big of a deal, but either she did not pay attention to us or to what she was grabbing. We dined inside- but everyone was scrambled at the window. Someone eventually came over and said that someone would help us in a moment. And they did. Very straight forward, no friendliness. Dining space could’ve been cleaner. We cleaned a table off to eat. Not much on the floor, but definitely crumbs on the tables. Drink lids are near the counter and not near the drink machine/in the lid dispenser. The ambiance could be nice, as it has a seating area next to a faux fireplace. Seats in the sunny area are pretty nice, just could be cleaner."
