"Wow. HORRIBLE service. Literally at a loss for words. After we were seated a server did not even greet us for more than 20 minutes. Placed our order and food took about another 40 minutes. Then we didn’t receive our ticket for about another hour. Literally just horrible. Do better."

"Last time at this Cheddars we had a poor experience mostly due to all around time but I believe that was due to a staffing shortage. We decided to give it another try while passing through Mt Juliet. Very little wait time 10 mins maybe. Staff you have interactions with were very friendly no complaints about them. My issue starts with the food. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrapper. I’ve basically ordered the same thing every time so I have a lot of comparisons. Food arrived in an acceptable amount of time but my food was like warm at best. We were a party of 3 with a child as one of the three so there wasn’t a ton of food to prepare. Fries were room temp and the wrappers were similar. I’m not one to typically complain about my food I just eat it. As I was eating the first one I took two bites and was going in for my third when I noticed a couple very black hairs in my wrapper. Not one hair……immediately we all lost our appetite and were done. Cheddars management removed the wrappers from the bill but we paid for the rest even though we left completely full plates of food. We just weren’t hungry after that . I’m bald and my wife and daughter have long blonde hair it surely wasn’t ours."

"I know I am late I actually visited here about two weeks ago for a date night but had to come back a leave a review. My first time here and everything was just perfect from the service, to the food, to the drinks just everything. I was very impressed. We couldn’t even finish all of our food that’s how good it was or maybe we just ordered too much lol but we had a great time. Those rolls they have are delicious lost count of how many I had. Definitely recommend this place and will be going back!"

"This isn’t a bad place to grab some lunch while catching up with friends. I highly recommend the appetizers. Th steak was cooked to perfection and seasoned well. No sauce required. The portions were adequate. The service is what made this visit. Our waitress was OVER THE TOP PHENOMENAL. She made sure our table had more than enough to ensure our dining experience was pleasant."
