"Food is always hot, fresh, and quick. My only complaint is why take out the playground!! One of the main reasons I came here almost every single week to dine with my 2 and 4 year old. They were so disappointed when we went after the renovation. Will have to do with drive thru every once in a while."

"Dec 28 online order, drive thru pick up. Did not have two chicken biscuits in bag. Only driver taking home for family. Line of cars behind. Assumed bag would be checked since order was confirm twice. Third time this has happened. Need to have better quality control of completed orders, especially on drive thru."

"Immediate disclaimer: the low rating is for the food I received, NOT the service which was impeccable. Solely on the basis of the fact that I spent nearly $5 for each of my sandwiches, there should be an acceptable amount of the theme ingredient (ie, the CHICKEN) to give it value for what was paid. The chicken I received in my Egg White Grill sandwiches were maybe a third of the size of my hand…but you wanna charge me full price?! Not cool Chick-Fil-A. You’re way too expensive to exercise this extreme version of portion control."

"Service and atmosphere are great but everytime I order the Egg White Grilled Muffin, they char the edges to the point that it taste burnt. Providence is the only location that I experience this issue with."

"This is the second time I have left a review for this store, last time we had no sauce/napkins/silverware. This chicken biscuit has a filet the size of a slightly larger chicken nugget. We pay a decent amount to eat cfa, cause we love it, but lately it seems we arent getting our moneys worth at all. I never leave reviews, but ive felt lead to do so the past few times weve ordered from here. We may have to find a new favorite or a better cfa."
