"Ordered from the app and arrived to pick up at specified time. Dining area was locked even though it was 1.5 (7:30 pm on a Tues.) hours before closing. Went to the drive through and sat in line behind someone who hadn’t ordered for over 10 minutes. Ended up having to knock on a window to get employees attention. When they finally came back to the door with the keys (the second time) they did not even have the smoothie made. Had to wait in the parking lot another 10 minutes for it to be made. Never again ✌️"
