"Sunday, May 29. I visited the store in Providence, Mt Juliet today. On Friday I had a good experience in the store and both ladies were nice and helpful. This was not the case today. The lady who made my return was helpful, however my mother was with me and the other salesperson with salt/pepper hair as rude to my mother. My mother is 83 and shops with me. While I returned a item she was lingering behind me. The sales person was greeting a new person coming in and my mother nicely said I am with my daughter. The salesperson rudely said “I wasn’t speaking to you”. If she is in the the store the next time I visit I will walk back out. Just because someone is in normal casual clothes doesn’t mean they don’t have more than enough money to shop in your store. I didn’t purchase anything because it upset me for her to rudely speak to my mother this way."

"This JJill location is super! Always ready to assist in any way possible. Hated to see a sour comment on the store manager (plus size blonde) being rude. She doesn’t have a rude bone in her body. Someone came into the store with a bad attitude! All the sales associates are most wonderful ladies!!"
