"Came in with a group after they rebranded. (5 people total) two of us asked for sample cups to see what they wanted but changed their mind after trying 2 flavors they disliked. One of them put a minuscule amount, I mean 3 fruity pebble flakes on top of their sample to see if she would like it and change her mind and get something. While 3 of us ordered a whole cup of yogurt. Later we were told to pay for their sample cups since they didn’t want to get anything. Since when did free samples not become free. The new owner handled the situation very unprofessionally and was disrespectful and rude. We understand she should not have done that but little as it was, he could have handled it kindly. As we left he wanted to argue with us, along with saying “come back and see us again and bring money next time.” Never coming back again. One friend paid while this was happening while the other paid for the sample cups. Never coming again we understand product but gosh these were Hersey kiss sized. I have been a customer at this location since it’s been here and will not be giving them any more business. Miss the old management"

"Tried The frozen yogurt today. Chocolate and Vanilla were Okay Flavors were average at best, probably because they were all either low fat or no fat. I guess I like fat. Edited I will give it another try because of the best customer service and reasonable response to my feedback."

"Ice cream was good, but the serving size were very, very small for paying $11 for 3 scoops. We won't be going back. I don't know if the staff couldn't scoop enough because of hardness of the ice cream or thats the regular size. Really small scoops!!"

"This is a terrible location! We’ve been to sweet Cici’s before and this one is NASTY. They don’t clean the place at all. The tables are dirty, the floor is dirty, the toppings are not cleaned up at all (see pictures as example). The machines don’t work well either. It just feels gross and sticky. We’ve been twice and won’t be back."
