"With the exception of Carrie, who took our order and was very kind in doing so, I saw a complete lack of persond that care for doing their jobs. I made simple request and somehow. I'm less than surprised it was wrong when I got home. Very disappointed. Check your order before you leave!"

"Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Clean restaurant and staff were very efficient with ordering process. While here, we were offered to try a new sauce "on the house". Our entire order was made fresh and hot. I would highly recommend this particular location for any traveler or person that has a desire to be treated great while enjoying really good food."

"Ordered breakfast. It took a long time. They didn't follow instructions of what we wanted. Bo rounds was cold, had to ask for fresh ones. While one food item was sitting, I had to tell them it was cold. It was very confusing for us. They had plenty of staff. It was no reason for the delay . Some people walked out."

"Donna went completely out of her way for us We had family here from England and just passing through to go to jack Daniels distillery and we enjoyed talking to her and the food was very good we will enjoy stopping by again next time we drive through Ours in Hendersonville tn is also really good and the people where we live also go completely out of their way as well you just don’t get the service anywhere else anymore hard to find Bojangles is still one of the fast food restaurants worth spending money on these days"

"I was the ONLY one in the car line, placed order for the chicken sandwich and it took them 10 minutes. The lady said there were "technical difficulties". Tried the new Bojangles’ Bo’s Chicken Sandwich…won’t have it again. Cold bun, dry meat, tasted like they sprinkled Tabasco sauce on it, and a glop of mayo in the middle. MUCH better chicken sandwich at Chick-fil-A, Popeye’s, or KFC."
