Whataburger

"First time trying Whataburger and I am not impressed. The person taking our order was very pleasant. After waiting over 25 minutes for burgers, fries and a chocolate malt, there was no malt on the tray. I had to ask about the malt and then he asked what size did I order? Did no one actually confirm the order was filled before it left the kitchen? No apology was offered. Then to top it all off, the fries were so salty we couldn't finish them, and the burgers were dry and cold. It might have been a tasty burger if it was at all warm, but I'll probably never find out as I won't be back. The lady next to me apparently experienced the same delay in receiving her food. I'm hoping I'm the anomaly as it was a busy place."

"I remember Whataburger before they left Nashville the first time! It was pretty average although the toppings were pretty good! When they returned we waited out the long lines for about a year and then tried them again. Still don’t know what the fuss is all about."

"On our way to Pigeon Forge, went out of our way to eat at Whataburger. It Did Not Disappoint!!! The Service was good, the food was great, and the place was clean."

"This location was nasty in the inside. The staff acted like they did not care and did not want to be there. Again the inside was nasty. The dinning area looked it have not been touched since the morning crew and I went in at 12:27am. Also the fries tasted like they just dumped salt on them. They were so salty. There was trash on the tables. The garbage was over flowing. There was food on the floor. The drink dispenser needs a deep clean and needs to be sanitized. This is a fairly new location and I am disappointed. If I am paying 25.74 for two meals and 2 apple pies I need better service and cleanliness. That amount is 5-10 off from actually eating at a dine in restaurant. I also have been to this location like 2-3 times already and the night staff is terrible. The only thing that is saving them is that they are 24hrs. I will not be returning to this location."

"Because of where I live, I don't have a chance to visit What-A-Burger too often -- it's been about 10 years! Needless to excited, I was excited to try it again. The shop was fresh and clean. The service was friendly. I ordered the standard burger and it wasn't very pretty, in my humble opinion, but it tasted better than it looked. However, it was substandard to other fast food burgers I have tried while in the area. I will not hesitate to come back by any means, but I'd personally try a new establishment before rushing back for this burger if presented the option. I did enjoy the spicy ketchup sauce."
