"Constantly get my order wrong whenever I order through uber eats. The last two times I tried to order from them, they didn't even prepare my food and I had to wait over an hour to even cancle and buy from somewhere else. The people working there either don't know what they're doing or don't care. I've lost my patience with these people. Don't waste your time or money; they will let you down 75% of the time."

"Ordered my food at 8:11, was quoted 21 minutes, but when I got to the spot, was told “just because it says it doesn’t mean that’s what’s happening. Here’s how it’s going to be…” then proceeded to give excuses as to why my order hadn’t even been started. Not only that, but when finally making my order they put it behind customers who had ordered after me. I understand food service. I grew up in food service. What I don’t understand is “here’s how it’s going to be…” from a team who cares so little about the customer. They’re really good at singing along with the rap on their radio. Like so good they even hit the swear words UPDATE: tried eating here again and this is the scene. Nobody talking to customers, and a room full of people waiting for their orders with no estimated times."
