"Always a great place. Great workers, and food is always good. It's a guaranteed fun time. The atmosphere is nice. It is loud, so if any sensory disorders take headphones, or get it to-go, or sit away from the bar area."

"Placed a to-go order for dinner, had to wait 20 minutes after our pick up time because they didn’t have french fries. They forgot all of our sauces & the naked tenders we ordered were a joke. All of them were smaller than the tiny sauce container - only like 2 inches big max. Equivalent of maybe ONE normal tender that we’ve gotten dining in. Just really disappointing for our first time picking up from this location."

"This will be the last time my family dines here for various reasons. No greeter/host had to flag someone down to get seated after they saw a clear line forming at the door. Waiter Erin was initially attentive and helpful; this declined after we put in our appetizers. They forgot our entree order, Waiter Erin sent over Host to get order after a "mix up in the kitchen", then a Supervisor came over to ask what we got and it would take "5 minutes, kitchen making fresh wings". We sat at 7pm, entrées in at 7:30pm and ended up getting Togo by 9:30pm due to the horrible service, as everyone that came after us received their food without errors. This may have been because of our diversity (multure cultural) compared to the other patrons. The worse part when arriving home with the To-go food a band-aid clearly placed on top of the food was found, this was clearly intentional and whomever was in charge of boxing/preparing should be fired for endangering our health."

"Walked into this location, and placed an order that costed me $47. I wanted something different for my 14 month old so i went 7 minutes away to panera while i waited. At panera i had time to place my order, wait only a few minutes for my order, drive back to BWW, and had to wait 15 more minutes there. The front clerk Lindsey (in the photos) i believe is her name informed me that my food was done, and they were bagging it. Well, 5 minutes passed she approaches a team member starts chatting then comes back and start to play on her phone. After a few more minutes she brings me my food. I checked the bag to make sure everything was inside, but the presentation was horrible the chicken was warm , and the fries were hard overcooked and cold!!! Just nasty. My pickles were cold as well! And look at this chicken box finger prints all under the box with sauce every dang oh where. Boneless wings gotta little sauce on the box, but they are not even saucy as i receive from other locations."
