"The worst mcdonalds ever. In the year 23 I had almost every order wrong. So far in 2024, every single order has been wrong. The workers there are incompetent. They cannot simply read a screen and put the proper items in your bag. If you want good service, this is not the place for you. I love in this town and I suggest you going to mcdonalds on Walden or in Smyrna. Don't waste your time here. Worthless."

"Very rude employees, if I could give zero stars I would. In the drive through someone started a conversation with me 3 times than ignored us when we drove up to the first window the lady refused to get the code for my mobile order and walked off."

"This location feels like it was designed to be a drive-thru location. The lobby is tiny and feels kinda cramped. Haven't had any issues when ordering from this location, though so better than some locations."

"We ordered through the drive thru and as we were approaching the window this person walked in front of my vehicle, and many others, and cut the line to get her online order. She was being incredibly rude and ignorant. She threatened me to run her over. She was not well mentally. She continued to threaten to beat my a**, as I asked her if the people in the drive thru with vehicles could get their food. She just continued calling me names. I asked her to move so that the people with vehicles could get their food. The server finally got a clue and told her to step aside. Apparently, it is ok to walk up in front of a line of vehicles and get served. Terrible customer service experience!!!"

"I got my food from McDonald’s today DoorDashed to me . ALL of my food was cold and spoiled. The food smelled very bad , fries were soggy and cold , cheese on the burger looked like it’s been sitting out . Food tasted really bad and had a little pungent smell to it . I called McDonald’s and told them how they brought My food to me and that if it was ok if they could refund my money but they were very rude and hung up in my face ."
