"Minor food issues, might just be me and my buddy/time of day. OTHERWISE, outstanding. The Ridgenator with brisket was not exactly what I expected but was better! The smoked bologna sandwich is on point! Catfish was very tasty (just a tad underdone compared to how I'm used to it) and the sides were good. Looking forward to coming back and trying more items off the menu! Great service and very friendly atmosphere."

"Fabulous BBQ. Best part was when the server came to check on me after bring my food, she asked, "How are those first bites?" Usually the question is, "How is everything?" Of course you don't know because you've just started. May seem like an odd peeve on my part, but the server's question acknowledged the meal had just begun while checking in with me. That is attentive and savvy. The first bites were scrumptious. So were the last. Definitely going back."

"We saw their reviews and decided to stop for lunch at The Ridge. SOOOOO glad we did!! Everything was great. Food was superb. The Ridginator and Texican sandwiches were great. So were the Totchos. Enjoyed the outdoor seating and atmosphere. Definitely will recommend to anyone going to Nashville!!"

"Food ordered: Catfish plate with turnip greens and white beans. The fried catfish was so good and you can tell that it was freshly cooked after you ordered it. I love that the turnip greens have a little spice kick to them, which is different, but it was still good. The hush puppies were very good. Most people don’t know how to cook hush puppies correctly because they’ll be too hard on the inside and outside, but the hush puppies that came with my catfish plate were cooked just right. They also sell their hot sauce by the bottle!"
