"My coffee was perfect today. My entire order was quick and correct. If only the girl taking my order on the drive thru was slightly more humble."
"Ventured out this morning from the snowy week we’ve had and ordered a dozen glazed donut holes through the drive thru. I should have checked the box but didn’t and once I got home there were only 5 donut holes. Why would you not let me know you only have x amount and I can decide whether we want them or not. Instead you took the $ and didn’t say a word, shame on you Dunkin. It’s hard enough to find a decent fast food place these days, do better! We won’t be back."
"I ordered 2 coffees and a dozen donuts holes in the mobile app. I get there and they are out of donuts and nothing was available to substitute. I asked for a refund on the donuts and was told I could not get one because I used the mobile app to order. One of the coffees was supposed to be a large and when I asked them to fix it, I watched them pour the medium in a large cup and just add whip. They didn’t fix it at all. Again, I was told I couldn’t get a refund although I didn’t receive half of my order that I paid for."
"Two complaints and one is a deal breaker. First, my family and I tried to go into the store on 9/24/23 and they decided to close the store literally as we walked in the door. We had to walk out, get in our vehicle, and get in the drive through line for 15 minutes. There were no signs on the door and the door was unlocked. Very bad customer experience. Secondly, a lack of care from the staff. The past three times I have been to this location, the Nitro Cold Brew “machine is not working.” I asked if there was a plan to fix the machine and the intercom employee said “I don’t know what to tell you man.” Common customer service is trained to treat customers with respect. Use titles like sir, instead of “man” when addressing a male. If there is a staffing shortage, I expect the owners to be inside running the show until hires are trained on manners, etiquette, and brought in to work."
"The worst experience i’ve ever had. I literally sat in the drive thru for almost 45 minutes. I placed an order on the app, or else I would have drove away. When i got to the screen to order the girl taking orders said “give me a moment” about 3 times until I just pulled toward. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but the inside was not busy at all, the workers literally would just walk past the window and ignore it until people drive away. When someone finally came to the window and gave me my drink it was completely melted and watered down. This place is just so bad."
