IHOP

"Dirty glasses and long wait times. Waited 30 minutes for a table. Took another 20 minutes for someone to come and get our drink order, by which time also became our food order. Food took 45 minutes before it came out. Total waiting time of an hour and a half between waiting for tables drink orders and food."

"There were 2 people there, and after placing the order, it took 36 minutes to deliver the food, even after being reminded multiple times by the server. service was bad."

"We were here before 8:00 a.m. We waited at the front over 10 minutes while servers were on their phones. There was plenty of work that could've been done. The floor was nasty so we're the seats and tables. Our server Crystal D was great. She was actually cleaning her section while everyone else was convened in the kitchen talking on their phones. I ordered the waffle combo with 3 eggs medium. Only 1 of my eggs were medium the other 2 were well done. I watched as a saw my mom's cheesecake pancakes set on the line for over 5 minutes. They were dry and soaked up the syrup and tasted nothing like cheesecake. The I guess acting manager who was suppose to be training wouldn't shut up on personal conversations. The only thing I saw her actually teach her was the section numbers and told her to learn them. She actually cussed on the floor in front of customers."

"The worst IHOP I have ever been to. I ordered egg Benedict and the poached eggs came out well done. I sent them back and they literally flipped one of the eggs over and added sauce. And gave me another well done egg. Come to find out the the gm Denise was the one that cooked it and sent it back out messes up. That they admitted that they were wrong for sending it out. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused to come talk to us. From the general manager, Denise."
