Church's Texas Chicken

"This a Disgrace to Churches chicken !! We got an eight piece meal and waited almost an hour than they told us to pull around for our apple pies and lemon cheesecake . So we did my husband went in there and the cashier was very rude and went on and on with my husband about the wait time. So my husband as them to give us our money back and we still didn’t get our order. The sad part about it My husband is Deacon at Church and we’re both retired restaurant managers . And we understand waiting however an hour is too much!!!We understand how hard it is because we’ve our own catering business now. Never argue with a customer like they don’t matter and the place looks so ugly outside the parking lot is hot mess with potholes all in it trash all in parking lot! Paint peeling off building everywhere . Never loud talk a customer l guess good Lord didn’t want us to eat there."

"If I could give ZERO stars I would!! We ordered from out of town thru DoorDash. Poor driver showed up to the restaurant and had to wait almost 40 mins! Then for them to say sorry out of chicken sandwiches!!! You’re a chicken restaurant. They also forgot half of our food, gave us the wrong drinks, no sides. Absolutely unacceptable! We tried calling and they “closed”…. Will be calling tomorrow! If you can’t keep up with DoorDash orders, don’t participate."

"This location does not properly represent the Church's brand. Very run down and not clean. I understand national shortages on some items but when you go to a chicken fast food place, you expect to have some key items on hand. Was told No white meat and no okra before even being greeted at the drive thru. Ordered and paid for online and was told they can not refund and that we would have to call corp about the issue but that they could substitute for other items. If u don't have white meat chicken, your doors should not even be open at all."

"I really wish they would fire the staff and just start with all new people who actually care about their company!! The lines are always long, the speaker never works and the food is ALWAYS old and cold!!! I live down the street from this location. However, if I want some good fresh food. I have to travel to the churches in Antioch. It's just not fair to take people hard earned money and give them old cold food!!"

"Customer service is horrible... Wait time is horrible.... Im going to come and be the manager... Fire everyone lazy.. clearly these MFS are lazy and not on they're stuff. Doors be locked after hours of them opening and etc... it's unprofessional as heck. Im sure everyone that post good reviews is relatives or friends of people who work here. I stay an hour away I rarely come here. Everytime I do it's the same."
