"The cook could not get the steak " medium" after 2 tries. Silverware was so dirty and the plates had a greasy film that I was literally able to write my name in it . The managers response was to offer me dessert. During our visit another patron had a dirty glass. I should have known it was gonna be ghetto by the smell upon entering. I'll never ever go back to that dump."

"Don’t eat here unless you have two and a half hours before you need to be somewhere! We ordered almost immediately when we were seated and aside from rolls, drinks, and an appetizer salad, WE WAITED OVER AN HOUR TO GET OUR MAINS. We ordered Salmon and a pulled pork sandwich. Our waitress showed ZERO CONCERN that we sat here that long. She brought napkins making us think we were going to get our food and we still had no food 20 minutes later. Waitress finally brought our food - mine had the wrong side - no apologies, no concern. Told her it was unacceptable. We asked for boxes and told her we were late for an event. She didn’t offer to comp anything, ZERO CONCERN OR APOLOGY. She walked away and we waited another 5 MINUTES before she picked up our card to pay!!!! Like really?!??!! NEVER AGAIN. It’s too bad cuz we really like their food."

"Not as I remembered 4 years ago just before the pandemic ... no peanuts in the shell? The waiter was great, helpful, and checked on us often. The food was prepared as ordered and there were plenty of menu options."

"This is the best restaurant on music valley road. The service was impeccable! The servers we very attentive and professional! Our food came out in a timely manner. We didn't feel rushed. Our meals were perfectly cooked. We will definitely frequent this place a lot while we are in the area for the next few months. Very good quality of steaks!"

"Waited at the bar 20 mins past pickup time only to received a cold, incomplete order with 1 of 3 entrees not cooked properly. My steak was cold, and missing Mac n cheese. The wife’s ribeye sandwich was cold, onions weren’t cooked, and fries were missing. The kids chicken parmesan pasta was so cold the cheese on top had to be cut with a knife to try to mix it into the pasta. These are the major issues. Not getting any silverware, napkins, ranch for the fries that was missing, and a1 for the cold, but delicious steak were frustrations that would not be a big deal if my order was hot and complete. The location seemed well staffed and was not busy so I can’t understand why my food was cold, especially since I checked in with the hostess and was waiting for it. I left a 5 dollar tip hoping the person who bagged my order would check it, they didn’t…which according to the receipt is something they are supposed to do. If you choose to order or eat at this location, I highly recommend checking your order yourself before leaving."
