Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

"3 times we ordered the gluten free crust pizza. Followed directions, twice the center crust was not done like the toppings and outer crust. The third time we put the crust on a perforated metal pan to bake, still the inner crust was not done and soggy. How to get a crispy crust throughout??"

"Walk in 10 minutes to close. They had already put everything up and wouldn’t make me a pizza. I really loved Papa Murphy’s growing up out west. So when I noticed several of their locations closed down in the boro Ive tried to give them my support and money. But if that’s their typical guest service I guess I know why they’re shutting down."

"The taste and prices are great like any Papa Murphy's, but in the past six times we've ordered from this location we've only received one correctly made pizza. If we try customizing our pizza then we're not getting the sauce or toppings, or even crust, that we asked for. I'm not interested requesting that someone remake my order at the end of a hard work day but this is clearly a pattern of not looking at the ticket orders carefully. Never have I experienced such consistent disappointment from a PM branch."

"Food is always great tasting and everyone is always helpful. Just remember you can't use online coupons in store. They have to be used online only. Currently this location is only doing online orders due to supply shortages."

"If I could leave a zero star, trust me, I would. The level of pure incompetence in this location is UNREAL! This evening, I ordered online, and AGAIN, they mess up my order, like always. Not only did they not put the banana peppers I ordered on my pizza, not only is the topping distribution completely horrendous, but they didn't even give my family member picking up my order the cinnamon wheel I ordered. So I drove 20 minutes back, like always, because it's not a Papa Murphy's night without making two trips down there. I told the lady that was about to hand me someone else's order that she didn't give my family member the cinnamon wheel I paid for online. She responds that they don't have any. So not only is this store going to not provide basic customer service and call to offer a substitute or a refund, nor offer the aforementioned DURING PICKUP, but they will just quietly steal your money hoping you won't notice. Including a photo of one of my pizzas with 2.5" out of a 16" with no toppings. Not even worth it. If I wanted to drive back and forth to a pizza place I would have kept my job at Papa JOHN'S where at least my pizzas were free."
