"This location is in a rough area. The employees were great. Working fast and super nice. They were out of most of their donuts when we went by around 10. They have a drive thru that was super busy."

"I come here often because it’s by my house but after many bad experiences I will not be coming back. One worker in particular, every visit she had an attitude. The last visit was the last straw when she gave me a hot drink in a plastic cup!!! It was so hot it burned my hands. My hands were hurting from just receiving the cup. I almost dropped it on myself. I proceeded to ask her to change the cup and she said no I can’t I said I need a heat safe cup. She then changed it with an attitude. Drinks are mediocre I feel you can make better at home for the price. The food is disgusting. They make no food or donuts on site that stuff gets shipped in and warmed up and everything I’ve had tasted freezer burnt from this location. The donuts are hit or miss when they are fresh they’re just okay. The other employees I’ve had no hiccups with everyone else was friendly."

"The staff here is amazing there are two women who RUN THE SHOW. I work in the business park and stop when I can. I think a lot of the negative reviews are from sensitive people who don't understand that they try and keep the orders moving, they provide great service and efficient. I will say the kitchen is a little slow sometimes but they keep things MOVING. I ask these ladies their name every time I go and I always forget so I hope they see this or their general manager does."
