"OMG someone needs to step up and manage this place or get the Starbucks name off of it Staff that literally turn people away. Demanding they app order. Only to screw up the drink. It’s very unkept. The rudest of rude staff. Incompetent. It’s embarrassing. I’m not a fussy Christmas Shopper. We are having a great. Do better or close up shop"

"Quite possibly the worst and slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Currently going on a half hour wait for a single pastry to get heated… I know it’s a mall food court, but I still expect some hustle and there is none here. Update: 35 minutes in to learn that they are out of the pastry we ordered. Just, no. Don’t bother with this location."

"I’m a delivery driver who delivers to Starbucks all over Nashville and surrounding areas. I even train most of the drivers who deliver to Starbucks in the area. That being said, I know how Starbucks people are supposed to be. This Starbucks is the only one I’ve been to where the person in charge got mad because I made a delivery to them within their delivery window. The window was from 8am to 11am. She fussed at me because I didn’t deliver it at 12:30 pm which isn’t even their delivery time. (They thought I was a new driver. They didn’t know that this wasn’t my first rodeo.). Anyways, she called my job with a complaint because I didn’t respond to her disrespect in the way that she wanted me to. She lied and said that I cursed out employees and customers. Also said I was flipping people off. They also told one of the drivers that I trained that I did all of those foolish things, not knowing that he knows I would never do those things. I recommend a whole revamp of this place."

"I don’t usually leave reviews but this Starbucks was very disappointing. They were super busy there was probably 20 people in line and the lady taking orders just left and told us someone would be with us in a minute. We waited 5 minutes before someone else finally stepped over to help customers. Everyone was moving super slow and didn’t have any customer service. Seemed like they were all in awful moods. I got my food and there was a hair in it and the food was completely smashed."

"ALERT- They open at 10am, and only taking orders through the Starbucks app. It’s understaffed. Not the best jumping into the Christmas season. It’s odd, though. There are definitely 2 workers here, but only one is making drinks. The other was cleaning, and told us that they opened at 10. Then she disappeared, and the other woman came out to tell us it’s closed, and is only open for app orders. Get it together, Starbucks. Staff this location pronto!"
