"Was told by the website my shirt would be available to pick up the next day. It was not. Stood at the counter for 20 minutes or more waiting for someone to even speak to me. Then was told that 'unfortunately' the website will show shirts as available when they're not actually? They said there was a hundred boxes in the back, and they just didn't know which one mine was in. Manager would not comp or in anyway give me any reimbursement for all the time I wasted driving to pick it up (the store was an hour away, I thought I would save on shipping) and not being spoken to at the counter. But no. I could only be given a refund. It was just insulting. I don't expect to get the shirt for free, but at least offer shipping to my house or a small promo for a future purchase. Anything other than sorry, we can't help you at all."

"My wife and my daughters love this place. It’s called forever 21 but I wife is actually 30 years old Monday. My girls are teenagers and I have a 22-year-old and she really does love this store. They have a lot of neat looking clothes and it’s bright and spacious in there. Staff is very helpful and the prices seem to be reasonable."

"Every time I’ve come to this store, it looks like a bomb went off. It’s very obvious this store is very poorly managed and the staff doesn’t care about their store’s appearance at all. Every staff member has an emotionless face walking around the store and when asking them a question. This is located in one of the biggest malls in Tennessee. I promise there’s plenty other stores located around this one that has similar clothes and deals, but is actually ran and maintenance correctly. Skip this one."

This is not a store for everyone but for those searching to maintain a young hip look, if you are the right size or height, this might be a store worth stopping in. Forever21 is a chain store that can be found in many cities and states."
