McAlister's Deli

"Went to Mccalister's tonight to get a French dip and a cup of broccoli cheese soup. Got there at 5:13. I was the only customer there. Order was taken at 5:15. By 5:45, the restaurant was filling up and half the people already had their food. I inquired about my order and she told me they were out of swiss cheese so the manager went to the store to get the cheese. Never offer another sandwich or another choice of cheese. By 5:50, I get my order. No apologies for the time waited or even a than you. Got in the car, no aujus. Go back in and wait another 5 minutes, got home and the aujus hadn't been warned. Had to nuke it and finally almost an hour later, I'm eating my dinner. Probably won't be back there for a while."

"I went to this location 1/25/24 in the evening, I ordered a salad and chipotle bowl. Unfortunately, they did not have the chipotle bowl but the staff especially the manager was really nice. The tried to find a way to accommodate me for the inconvenience. Very nice staff very good customer service."

"Waited one hour for 2 sandwiches, and the staff was struggling. They were trying but unorganized, and no leadership present. Every customer I saw was waiting a long time for their order. Witnesses several arguments between staff and between staff and customers. Corporate needs to step in and investigate. You lost a long time customer. There is too much competition in the sandwich market to put up with this. Our food was "mid" once we got it."

"The experience was less than stellar. The cashier got my order wrong and because of that over charged me. I asked for two grilled cheeses and a cup of potato soup. The cheese on the sandwich wasn’t melted and the soup was watered down. I would have had a better experience in my own kitchen. I’m not sure what was worse, the cashier having the personality of a wall or the lackluster food. Never again."

"Half signature club sandwich and half salad. $10. Fresh with a big portion. Only complaint is the table and the napkin tray are kind of sticky"
