"If I could leave 0 stars I would. So last night I ordered from the mobile app and everything seemed normal. So I went to go pick up my food and after a short wait a waiter met me and told me the ice cream machine was broken and they couldn't complete my order. She instructed me to call the 1800 number on the receipt because they couldn't refund me. Ok no problem went home and immediately called the number. After waiting for a rep to answer I finally was explaining my problem it's a pretty simple one at that. I got put on hold 3 times before she came back a told me they would give me a coupon for a med blast and a $5 gift card. For a bill of almost $18. I said no cause I spent more and after arguing she finally landed on the blast coupon and a $10 gift card that will be added to my account. Still less that I paid but at this point I was tired of the argument and I still haven't ate yet. So I go to eat the burger that I got and even that was wrong. And low and behold I checked my account and email and they never gave me the stuff that they said they would and argued with me about. So needless to say they screwed up and didn't provide me what I paid for and then still charged me and refuse to refund me. Terrible way to run a business and will never return or recommend ever again."

"worst sonic I have ever been to. they cut the lighs out hours before closing so they don't have to do anything. kept pressing button to order and they would cut it off and never answer. I live in ashland city and stop because there isn't much choice but they are horrible"

"App is trash and just keeps loading when I try to order. Go to location to order, screen doesn't work to leave a tip or select payment method. Sauce requested left out. Way too hard to do something that should be so simple, place an order and receive what I ordered"

"We had a Carmel Sonic blast and Turtle taffy nut, Sonic classic hand shack. Both pretty much was a vanilla ice cream, very disappointing. I knew I should have just gone to Golly Gs."
