"The store was clean and nice as well as the employees. My one star is because of the lack of knowledge the employees had. First, the item I was interested in had the wrong price on the tag. Even though this ended up benefiting me by being even cheaper, at first I was hesitant since it was so expensive. I would think that a store with few items would be better about picking up on price changes. Also, the bigger issue is that I was asked to sign up for the email list before the purchase was made. I accepted, and was told my receipt would be emailed to me. Not only was the receipt never sent to my email, but going online I discovered I should have been offered a 15% off my first purchase discount upon signing up for emails before my first purchase. The person I spoke to from the website said that the employees should have told me this, but since they didn’t she went ahead and applied it so now I will be reviewing a refund of the 15% from the in store purchase. I may consider purchasing online, but I will not be back to this store until proper training is done. It’s an expensive store, the employees should be better equipped."
