"I shop here often, love the selection however today I brought some friends who are visiting from out of state, the two ladies working were a bit rude, closed the doors at 4:50 while we were in the store, my friend asked if she could open the door so her parents could come in and the two workers said “no we are closing in four minutes”.. I understand it’s CMA weekend and the workers were tired but they were not at all polite about it..”"

"Every time I make a trip to Nashville, I stop at this store. They have the cutest merch for a fair price and the quality of everything is great. I’ve purchased crewnecks, hats, tank tops and they’ve last me years. But the highlight of this store is the steak rub. If you don’t buy the steak rub, you’re missing out. It’s flavorful and pairs perfectly with a Pinot Noir. If you’re not stopping here while you’re in Nashville, you’re missing out!"

"DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE! No returns accepted. No returns NOT POSTED ANYWHERE IN THE STORE. Not told to us either. Spent $70.00 on a DEFECTED hat. All the other hats available for EXCHANGE were defected and shown to the salesman. I would have no problem paying for a non-defected Quality made product. I will be disputing from back home in Ohio. Just completely ridiculous that I have to take time to write this and dispute with my credit card. Customer service at its finest.... NOT. Save your money for a different shop that respects your business support."
