Dunkin'

"Walked in with 2 customers in the lobby this morning. 4 workers…not one greeted or even acknowledged we were there. After a few minutes of nothing from the employees—whilst standing in front of the counter—I turned and went to place my order at the kiosk. Then while I observed only 2 cars go through the drive thru, it took 17 minutes to prepare my 6 donut order. Never received a friendly word from any employee, except after my order was finally ready I was told “have a good day.” If you’re going to be a drive thru only, then be a drive thru. Otherwise learn some common hospitality for your industry. I will not go back to this store in the future."

"Dunkin Corporate- if you see this PLEASE allow for more staffing in the morning. Do not even attempt to come here if you care about being on time for work, the drive-thru is very slow and of course with the way it's physically set up you can't leave the line once you're in it. The manager was clearly doing her best and has a friendly and positive attitude but was overwhelmed trying to keep up with orders plus train the one other employee working. This is a consistent experience I've had here in the mornings, not just this morning."

"I always use the mobile app to order my drinks and the team here is AWESOME! Kaden (spelling may be off) is my favorite. This young man is always doing his very best to make sure my order is exceptional. No complaints here at all. Cafe always looks great, and the food and drinks I order are always consistent. Thanks y’all!"

"Do not go to this Dunkin. The food and drinks are never made properly and they always substitute regular bacon for the sweet pepper bacon even though you paid extra for it. Plus, if you have an issue after you leave ( like an item missing that you paid for), the phone number for the store doesn't work. They are always understaffed and the owners/management haven't trained the employees properly. No knock to the employees. This is clearly an owner/management issue. This is consistently the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Today was the last chance for them with me."

"For those reading these reviews, PLEASE understand they have so many 1 star reviews for a reason. This was my first and last time to this Dunkin. Ordered 4 donuts from the kiosk for my kids. After standing there for 15 minutes, another customer walks in, orders, and gets the donut right away. When asking the employee why we haven't received our order yet, I was told that they were out of the donuts selected from the kiosk. Thanks for telling me now after we already placed the order and waited! We got different donuts than what we ordered, and the girl gave a smirk as she tossed the bag on the counter and walked off. Go down the street to Publix and get donuts there--Dunkin service is terrible and the donuts weren't even that good. And if management or ownership even cares about their reputation, my message is Do Better because the employees and terrible service at this location destroys the brand image."
