"I want to support Red Robin because it’s held a special place in my heart forever and getting it is a sort of nostalgic treat but this location is repeatedly poor quality. I placed my order for pick up today, receiving a pickup time for 2:07. I arrived at 2:09 and had to wait behind two others for 15 minutes before ang one of us was finally helped. In turn, the food quality was poor—old as though it had been sitting under the heating lamp for awhile even though I had to wait to get it when I arrived? My partner also ordered a side of coleslaw, which was a $2 tiny cup with one bite."

"We have been to several locations all over the U.S. this one doesn't disappoint. Some of the best customer service and food we have enjoyed from a Red Robin. We like getting an egg on our burgers, burgers are usually seasoned well, and I love adding BBQ sauce to whatever I'm eating. Occasionally short staffed and we have been sent away over the past year, or told there would be a long wait, we are happy to come back another time."
