"Employees DO NOT at all pay any attention to order modifications. My go-to coffee and sandwich order is almost always incorrect at this location and the other on 1500 Ave S. These Dunkins do not hire diligent workers and I would recommend Panera or Starbucks as they are right next door and never gotten my order wrong :)"
"I ordered 6 donuts and only 1 of them was the right flavor. I ordered a hot bagel that was placed between 2 iced coffees so obviously it was not hot. Both of my iced coffees were only 2/3 full and I was not given any straws or napkins. DO BETTER!!!!"
