"I’m a bus operator that regularly visits this particular store and on several occasions I’ve ordered from the app usually 15-20 prior to arriving at the terminal and my order is not ready. What’s the point in ordering from the app way in advance and still have to wait on your order. This particular store is not efficient or reliable to handle the influx of customers coming in and out. There have been customers who have missed their bus because 1: the line was too long and 2: they’re awfully slow."
"Had to wait literally and I'm not even joking 20 mins for a SEC sandwich. I missed my bus and the 2 people in front of me missed their bus. The lady did try and give us a free coffee coupon, but a free coffee coupon ain't going to save me from my boss for missing the bus. This place is normal awesome. I don't know what ya'll had going on today, but 20 mins for a sandwich is way beyond crazy. Way beyond crazy."

"I came in this location one evening. My son had ordered a wrap. I chose a toaster sandwich. Big mistake because the bread was hard and there was two measly pieces of bacon on the sandwich. Not to mention the cheese looked horrible. I saved my sandwich and receipt just in case they needed to see proof of my purchase. I called and spoke to Mike, the GM, who said I can let them know we spoke and let the employee know the next time I came by. So I could get my replacement. The employee "claimed" since Mike didn't notify her about my sandwich, that I wasn't able to get the sandwich. I felt like her customer service was typical of someone who abuses their position."
