Steak Escape

"Food was great but the service was terrible in my first two times coming in a row. Cashier was rude and hard to understand. First time I went they forgot my fries, second time they gave me the wrong drink. Would probably eat at a different location again but not this one."

"I visited this location on Saturday around 5pm and ordered a large grandest chicken with regular fries and drink. I paid over $16 for my meal the only thing that was correct was my lemonade. My fries came in a drink cup instead of the size displayed. My sandwich barely had any meat on it so I ended up adding meat from my son’s Chinese food or else I would have just had bread. After reading the other reviews it’s clear that this establishment is ripping their customers off and should be shut down."

"I went to steak escape inside the Wolfchase mall and got two regular chicken bacon club sandwiches. I was given hard old bread on both my sandwiches. After getting my food I went to a table sat down and opened both my sandwiches and discovered the old hard bread. I went back to the counter and spoke with the manager who was very dismissive and didn't even have the decency to look at the sandwich. He accused me of lying and stated I bought the food yesterday. The manager was very disrespectful and rude and I not once raised my voiced, used profanity, or said anything disrespectful to him. If I could give this no stars I would. They're very unprofessional."
