"The clothing and staff at this J Crew are terrific! Every time I come in I always end up leaving with a new item. The selection for men is great and if you need some business casual attire for the office I suggest stopping in. They also have more formal options for men but that selection isn’t as expansive. If you are a man looking to improve your wardrobe/style stop into J Crew and they will help you out! They also have a impressive selection of children’s and women’s clothing."

"We went shopping here looking for specific items. The store associates were very snotty and rude. When we asked if we could place an order they acted like it was to hard to do. Even when we brought the associates the items to look up to place the order. Finally after getting the one associate to order the item it came in the mail today and was not the correct size! Very unhappy with the customer service and in store experience."

I go here a few times a year for work clothes and the sales associates are always attentive and quick to help me find whatever I need. They were extremely helpful and accommodating of even some complicated return exchange stuff we needed to get done. I am certain I was more willing to wait in the typically long holiday line because of this (Which they also did a great job of clearing out a quick as possible).
