"We visit Bartlett a few times a year but had never even noticed this place. We did tonight and decided to try it out. We had 2 wing combos. One with garlic parmesean sauce, the other with honey hot sauce. Both sauces were great. The wings were a decent size and were cooked just right (not overcooked). If you still have room after eating all that food, I highly recommend the honeybun cake. The staff was friendly. It's definitely worth giving this place a try. They also have burgers and other items if wings aren't your thing."

"The wings I ordered were season and season hot for my husband . I normally get lemon pepper, but this have been the second time my food been not good at all. It's like they sprinkle little season on the chicken or they trying something new or it's a new cook. I thought you batter the chicken in the flavor of your choice . Well I know it want be a third time!!!"

"Hit or miss. Mediocre. Food border line room temperature upon receiving. Wings barely have sauce on them yet plenty of feathers. The lady who takes the order …very pleasant. Owner however, chauvinistic and egotistical seemingly prideful. I paid for a 30pc party wing with extra veggies also requested that the wings would be made fresh since they were not very hot “temperature wise” the first time I tried them. I decided to give them another go. Missing the extra veggies this time, I called to inform them of the error. Again lady very pleasant …owner on the other hand very rude. I wanted the money I paid for the veggies refunded and not 10% off of my next order because after trying them twice with disappointments I probably won’t try them again. The lady asked him if he’d like to talk to me. I didn’t to request him anyway and I could hear his rude tone of voice in the background saying “nope”. No need to patronize a customer. You mess up, simply correct it and an apology for the inconvenience would have been appreciated. Yes I was refunded my money for the veggies but I’m about the principal. I will not be giving this inconsistent and inconsiderate place my business again. I am able to infer aspects of his character based upon my first time going and he was mopping and instructed me not to walk on his wet floor as if I would do that anyway. How could he know but it’s ironic that the person after me …a male, he informed to be careful."

"I've had good and bad experiences with this company, but last night's $70 order cut the cake. My 20 piece whole wings (yes, $70 for 20 wings only and Doordash fee) were covered in feathers. Like, the chicken literally had a deep fried hairstyle on every single piece!!! This is so unsanitary and lazy! I will never order again!!!!! Oh, and I ordered lemon pepper and got regular fried chicken."
