"I visited your Shelby dr location and had discrepancies with my order. Lashonda not only came out to my car to see what was wrong,she had the best attitude I seen in a while. At first I wanted a refund but with good people like her on the frontline, you have to let her redeem herself and her customer service made me more than happy to just take a remake. Everything was nice and hot and perfectly made with love. THANK YOU LASHONDA!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"If I could put 0 stars I would ! The manager tonight was horrible. African American woman with braids. She was very rude ! Did not want to assist ! I have eaten checkers twice today ! I eat it over 4 times a week. To pull up at the location for a third time in one day and attempt to use one reward for the VERY FIRST time she don’t want to assist! It’s crazy !"

"I ordered a medium fry she asked me to pull around my total was $4.16 I gave her $5.16 she handed me $1 NO RECEIPT. Okay so I get the medium fry pull it out the bag and the container isn’t nearly full so I asked her could she at least fill it up, she told me they don’t fill them up and closed the window. It looked like she was the manager so I didn’t even ask to speak with one nor was I worried about the receipt this is just poor customer service and business management"

"Ordered the buy 1 get 1 half off chicken bite box. The box on the right had an old stale taste like it had been reheated after being cooked 5 hours before handing it off to me. I expected better especially since I had to wait for them to "cook" my order."
