KFC

"Uber eats delivery. I ordered two chicken wraps. One had a super dry chicken tender and barely any bbq sauce. The other had the wrapping paper rolled up into the food itself. My mashed potatoes were mostly gravy with barely any potatoes. The only thing I ate from my order was the biscuit."

"I went to this KFC yesterday around 5:45pm to order dinner and while there another man came in and did the same. The cashier handed both of us our cups for our drinks so we proceeded to the drink machine. When I went to get my drink it only looked like carbonation and taste bad. The gentleman behind me did the same and had a similar experience so we both went back to the counter to inform the cashier of the issue. She rudley responded, "Nobody else has complianed" and looked at us like we were crazy. Only thing she did was look at the machine and state "my levels say it's fine." Now mind you she didn't open the machine or even take a cup to taste for herself. Neither one of us were offered a drink filled from behind the counter or anything, just left there holding our empty cups while we waited for the rest of our orders. I also overheard the cashier say to another employee we must be together. Mind you I did not know this man or had met him a day before in my life and the only thing we have in common is we both tried to get a drink and received the same HORRIBLE customer service. I don't know what she had been through that day but to treat paying customers with such disdain and rudeness is unacceptable! I will not be back to this KFC establishment."

"Visited this location today at 11am thinking since it had just opened my chicken would be fresh. The sides were fresh. Chicken was old, dry and dark. Bisquits were hard and dried out as well. I honestly thought it was from the night before. I ordered a 8 piece and spent 30$ I called corporate because I was very disappointed and the previous week I came in and ordered the kfc bowl it had no gravy and was full of just dry mashed potatoes. So I said today I’m going to contact corporate because this is ridiculous. Contacted corporate and they apologized but a few hours later the manager calls my phone at 8:30pm. From the gate she was rude and basically insinuated that I was lying. We went back and forth and she proceeded to ask did I still have the chicken. Really? She offered to remake my food but at this point I don’t want it. Don’t ever call a customer phone that late at night very unprofessional you could’ve contacted me the next morning apologized and been done. I worked at a restaurant for years the customer is always right and you really make kfc look bad going back and forth about some chicken that was old. This location is terrible and if I do return it’ll be at the Winchester location or I’ll go to Popeyes!"

"Waited 20mins in the parking lot for my food. When I got home the chicken was dark and crispy. The mac n cheese was terrible."

"This is the NEW Grilled Chicken Breast and Wing meal. Also the NEW Grilled Thigh and Drumstick meal. What a RIPOFF!!! Higher prices/smaller portions. Now I see how they make the tenders."
