"Hard to know where to start - I had the pleasure of working with Brandon Smith and also Richard. Brandon came out at my request, to get an estimate on a new water heater and running a gas line for a stove. His customer service was truly exceptional! He provided me with a wealth of knowledge (pros/cons of each option, costs, warranty, what work would be done) so that I could make the most informed decision possible. I had an estimate given by another company the day before and had concerns about things they recommended that didn’t seem needed. I asked Brandon about them as this isn’t my profession, and he took the time to review the recommendations made to me and explained at length why the other work recommended was not at all necessary. It would have been very easy to sell additional work and just go along with the recommendations made but he showed his strong integrity in confirming my concerns that the extra things recommended were not at all warranted. There’s plenty more that really impressed me - I just recommend you find out for yourself. The technician, Richard, who did the work was also excellent. He was very professional, kind/friendly and knowledgeable as well. He did a fantastic job getting the recommended work completed and took all the time needed to keep me apprised of his progress and answer any questions I had.
