"This store is top notch! It's clean & has the friendliest employees you'll find anywhere. Roger is always helpful & knowledgeable & leaves me smiling. Yesterday, I needed to purchase a ladder & asked could they deliver it the same day so I could get to work on cleaning gutters. Not only was it delivered the same day, store manager Tripp brought it to my house himself within about 20 minutes! There was no delivery charge & he would not accept a tip. So… before you go running to that big box store, think about your locally owned places first. The ladder I bought was comparably priced at Lowe’s, but they wanted $79 to deliver it & it would’ve taken 2-3 days to get. WIN WIN Here!!! Ace really is the place with the helpful hardware man."
