"Horrible shopping experience. Couldn't find the right size shoe, this took over 30 min. Then another associate was rude to my children. I wish I could give a negative star."

"I have tried to call them midday on a rainy weekday to get answers regarding the time the store opens on a launch day, and no one will answer the phone. Called the customer service line for the company, and they stated that I have to talk to the specific store for that information. We have had bad storms today and even called the mall to make sure they had power. Well,...YEP, THE MALL HAS POWER!! Just an extension of poor customer service because I seriously doubt they are just that busy mid-day that absolutely no one can answer the phone. Also, if it is a matter of an incorrect phone number on the site's information, some updates need to take place."

"The merchandise is good. The only issue that I have is that the Staff bunch up and Chit Chat and you have to go to them for help. I would like to see a lot more customer interaction and greeting to assist with your needs. Now once you get the attention, they help, I just don’t like to have to seek a person out."

"Horrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a pair of shoes and had them sent to the store. They sold my shoe when it came in. No one notified me that it came in or had been sold. I randomly went by the store to inquire and that’s when I found out it was sold. They reorder the shoes and supposed to had it over nighted to my house this time but that didn’t happen. Here we are three weeks later still no show and they tell me I have to come in for refund. They can’t even just reverse the charge. I have to physically swipe my card. No one had a sense of remorse it was all kicks and giggle every time I’ve called inquiring. Will never spend another cent in the establishment."
