"This location is by far the worst in franklin. The service a year ago compared to now is ridiculous. Today in my drink I'm sure I got served a pound of caramel sauce I'm my venti drink. Pretty sure I just asked for caramel lined in cup not the full cup of caramel."

"Bad. Very inconsistent. I ordered online. My drink order is a little complicated but it was made wrong and i did order it correctly. I also asked for a sausage, egg, and cheese english muffin but no egg. It even says it on the sticker on the bag “no egg”. Yet they gave me sausage and egg no cheese. And i ordered a cake pop. Sadly it was completely melted in the bag right when i got it. Please do better."
