"My kids love Dunkin Donuts and I do a mobile order to pick up on the weekends. We have been customers of this Dunkin since they opened. I show up today to pick up my mobile order. The order was sitting on the counter behind the mobile pick up area. It was the only order back there. The lady asked if I was Door Dash. I said no mam, I’m a customer and have a mobile order. She was extremely rude and said that they have Door Dash too. I told her I understand but I’m a customer and this is my order number. She handed it to me and said something under her breath. There are 2 ladies working there and they’ve obviously ran the staff off with their treatment of others. If this is a franchise please pay attention to the comments. You’re in a prime location and you have many patrons. This location is going downhill and you need to find better managemen ASAP."

"First I'll say I love Dunkin' Donuts! But this location is LOUSY! I have tried to go to the store on Saturdays and Sundays and they are consistently NOT OPEN when they are supposed to by their own posted hours. Some days, at 5:00 a.m. on Sat, when posted they are to be open, the lights are out and no one even there getting ready. Other times, like on Sat. 10/11/23, I tried to go into store at 5:20, the donut case was fully stocked, worker behind the counter, but door locked, and they just ignored me. Today, 10/18/23, I went there at 5:30, again door locked, half an hour AFTER posted opening time, case fully stocked, employee was on their phone behind counter but door locked. She waved me away. Won't go there anymore! Will go across the street and buy my donuts at the convenience store! Very poor customer service! Don't have a donut shop if you can't open to serve customers!"

"No customer service skills with the Manager Stacy. I ordered wrap for my kid and waited for 10 minutes and on Enquiry the front crew stated I don’t make it. I just take the order and gave me Order which was prepared 10 minutes ago. Just Note: there was no customer other than us in the shop and I don’t understand the reason for delay. I ordered at 7:36 AM, and handed over to me at 7:48 AM on Enquiry. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS PLACE!! Worst customer service skills, no attention to the customers, food quality was not great. I would never visit this place again. I hope the franchise owner or quality team at inspire brands will look on improving quality, delivery timings and most important customer skills at this place."

"Cover up and hide the donuts made off-site with an uninviting sign. At least the egg microwave is out of sight. Overpriced bad corporate food, plain and simple. No wonder why they're removing 'donut' from their branding."
