"Located at Five Points in downtown Franklin at the intersection of Columbia Ave./Hwy 31 and Main Street. This is often a very busy Starbucks, and they get your order made quickly. They do not have a drive thru. They only have 1 or 2 free parking spots next to it. Most of the parking is paid parking. We eat here often. Some of our favorites: bacon and Gouda sandwich, sausage egg and cheese sandwich, blueberry muffin, cinnamon coffee cake, pink drink, caramel apple spice and either the dark roast if it’s Sumatra blend or medium roast Pike Place. You can order on the app ahead of arriving so that your order is ready when you arrive. On this particular day, we ordered Sumatra. I watched an employee fill the cup with Pike Place and bring it to us. The sticker said Dark Roast. When I brought it to her attention that I ordered Sumatra and she filled it with Pike Place, she seemed annoyed. I noticed that after I told her the “mistake” that she was brewing more, so I wonder if they were trying to save time and get the order to us quickly. If you are wanting a specific roast of coffee, you might want to watch what they are pouring for you."
